Ann Garrott is a seasoned expert in stakeholder service and event management, with a robust background in market research.

At LOW, her primary focus lies in providing secretariat support and managing delegates, juries, and stakeholders. Ann currently serves as the Coordinator for the annual European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA), a prestigious European Commission competition that celebrates initiatives promoting entrepreneurship across Europe. In this role, she oversees the annual competition, manages the evaluation process, and orchestrates the awards ceremony held during the SME Assembly, where she also leads delegate registration and onsite management. Ann has been a pivotal part of the SME Assembly for eight years.

Ann played a key role in developing the first European exam for the European Board of Paediatrics (EBP) and the inaugural paediatric dental exam for the International Association of Paediatric Dentists (IAPD).

Before joining LOW, Ann spent 20 years in market research, collaborating with major organisations to trial new products, designs, and concepts. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Lloyd’s of London insurance broker, presenting insurance risks to underwriters in the City of London. This diverse experience has equipped Ann with a unique understanding of the importance of exceptional stakeholder service at every touchpoint. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures the smooth execution of every project she undertakes.
