Dr Joe Zammit-Lucia
Dr Joe Zammit-Lucia has had extensive experience both in the business and the political worlds. He is a founder of RADIX – a not-for-profit public policy think tank based in London, and the RADIX Centre for Business, Politics & Society based in Amsterdam.
Following an executive career in multinational businesses that spanned R&D, marketing, global brand management, strategic planning, industry economics and public policy, he founded his own strategy consulting firm with offices in Cambridge (UK), New York and Tokyo.
After divesting from his firm, he acted as a leadership advisor to senior business leaders, and as a Special Advisor to the Director General at the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). He was also a member of the Dean's Advisory Board at the College of Arts, Sciences and Education, Florida International University. He is currently on the Advisory Board of the Singapore Forum for long-term investors and business leaders.
He is a regular commentator on business and political issues with his commentary having appeared in the Financial Times, the Guardian, the Economist, and on the BBC.
He is co-author of 'The Death of Liberal Democracy?' and 'Backlash: Saving Globalisation from Itself.' His new book on the relationship between business and politics will be published by Bloomsbury in 2022.
