Duncan is the founder and CEO of Henderson Risk Limited a business risk management consultancy with a focus on assisting companies and individuals operating in challenging environments or facing emerging threats.

He has led Henderson for two decades after a variety of experiences including 12 years commissioned service in the British Army, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and a spell in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market.

A member of the post Dayton Peace Agreement implementation team (OHR) in Sarajevo and part of the OSCE mission to Kosovo (KVM) he has considerable experience of advising and working with both Government and corporate entities at both strategic and operational level.

With a deep understanding of the challenges facing the extractive industry in the face of renewed resource nationalism, he and his team offer advisory and practical support for ESG focused investors.
