Luana joined LOW Associates in August 2023 as an Intern and, since August 2024, holds the position of Account Executive, Communications.

Luana’s role at LOW encompasses handling communication strategies and campaigns for key projects, including the Border Focal Point Network (DG REGIO), the SME Assembly/European SME Week/EEPA (EISMEA/DG GROW), and EU4Business: Connecting Companies (EU4BCC, EUROCHAMBRES). She is skilled in organising and promoting large-scale events, such as the SME Assembly 2023 (Bilbao) and 2024 (Budapest), as well as supporting detailed online events and managing social media and communications.

Her academic journey spans Brazil, Portugal, and Italy, graduating from the University of Porto in 2023 with a BA in Communication Sciences. Alongside her studies, Luana gained hands-on experience in event management and public relations through internships in Portugal's major events industry and communication agencies.

Luana’s core expertise includes sustainable event management, strategic communications planning, and multi-stakeholder engagement. A native Portuguese speaker, she is fluent in English and proficient in French and Italian.
