DG REGIO and the “Border Focal Point” needed help in engaging more widely with border stakeholders, and to manage and develop the communication activities of the Border Focal Point, particularly by using their webpage, as well as to promote border stakeholders’ involvement via social media and other communication activities.

THE SOLUTION
We rebranded the project the “Border Focal Point Network” to communicate that all stakeholders are a valued part of the group, and created a communications strategy based on a new concept, the ‘Beyond Borders: Breakfast Debates’, a series of regular webinars focusing on different aspects of cross-border cooperation.
As part of the platform management, LOW writes daily articles and keeps the page up to date, therefore increasing the number of stakeholders and followers.
