Viltė Kaminskaitė is Director of Operations and Secretariats at LOW. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of projects and ensuring that operational processes support consistent delivery.

She has over a decade of experience working on European projects, covering areas such as contract management, reporting, communications and policy implementation. She also leads bidding processes for public procurement opportunities, supporting the development of new projects.

Before joining LOW, she worked at EUROCHAMBRES and at the European Commission’s DG GROW, where she contributed to programmes such as Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. Clients rely on her to maintain structure across complex programmes and ensure that delivery remains on track.
