Viltė Kaminskaitė

With over a decade of international experience in European projects, Viltė Kaminskaitė is a seasoned professional in operations, project and event management, and policy implementation.
As Director of Operations and Secretariats at LOW, she has been instrumental in delivering impactful project outcomes, providing strategic secretariat management for LOW clients, and ensuring the seamless operation of the Brussels office since joining the team in February 2020.
Her expertise spans contractual management, reporting, communication, dissemination, and policy work. She has a proven track record of successfully leading bidding processes for public procurement opportunities, a strategic focus that has secured critical projects and driven organisational growth.
Prior to her role at LOW, Viltė refined her skills at EUROCHAMBRES, where she managed and implemented Erasmus+, COSME, and other EU-funded initiatives. She also gained invaluable experience as a trainee at the European Commission’s DG GROW, where she contributed to the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme and the Enterprise Europe Network. Before embarking on her international career, she laid the foundation of her professional journey in law in Lithuania.
Viltė holds a double master’s degree in EU Law and Governance from Mykolas Romeris University and the University of Bordeaux. Multilingual and culturally adept, she is a native Lithuanian speaker, fluent in English and Italian, with a strong command of French.
